Health and Nutrition

Health and Nutrition

Health and nutrition programs in South Sudan are essential for addressing the country’s high rates of maternal and child mortality, as well as the widespread malnutrition.

Our Nutrition and Health program focuses on improving access to healthcare services, preventing and treating malnutrition, and ensuring overall better health outcomes for vulnerable populations.

Despite the many challenges, UNKEA has put significant efforts to provide life-saving services to vulnerable populations.

Program Objectives:

Key interventions focus on:

  • Improving maternal and child health
  • Addressing malnutrition
